Contents Manager
The Contents Manager position is a career in field services in the property damage restoration industry, primarily responsible for responding to emergency and property damaging situations. Our team addresses the property and the customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism. Our goal is to preserve as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site.

Paid Training for IICRC WRT, IIRC FRST & Lead RRP LicensingRESPONSIBILITES:
Oversee contents production from inventory, pack-outs, cleaning and deodarization, storage and pack-backs
Scheduling and resource assignment
Manage, train and motivate your team of cleaning and moving technicians
Manage and maintain processing facilities
Prepare initial scope and estimate, oversee inventory documentation and detailed/accurate job notes
Submit Xactimate proposals and documentation
Manage employee hours during projects
Submit all documents to the bookkeeping/billing department
Participate in production meetings
Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
Survey damage within the property
Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)
IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offeredQualifications:
Two years contents/textile management experience in the restoration/contents field
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership skills
Reliable transportationCompetency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
Customer Service Skills
Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested
Ability to create documents
Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
Ability to work independently and / or with a team
Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
Maintain a level of confidentialityPreferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Customer Service experience
1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schoolingPhysical Requirement:
Constantly move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
Occasionally requires a ladder to complete jobs
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly with ease
Ability to safely operate a company vehicleSpecial note: Our Phoenixville office will be relocating Summer 2024 from our current location to West Chester
