Summary of the Position: The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Leasing office and delivering excellent service to prospective customers.

They will report to the Director of Leasing and will be located at our residential property Jackson Park in Long Island City, Queens.

* Due to the nature of responsibilities this position will require onsite presence on some weekdays and the weekend Key Responsibilities: * Provide front desk coverage and administrative support to the Jackson Park Leasing team * Greet prospective customers upon arrival to the property and assist with the registration process * Answer and field inbound phone calls and messages * Monitor calendars, contacts, arrange appointments, and facilitate conference calls * Communicate with Leasing Agents when tours arrive and are ready * Coordinate property tours within short timeframes for quick turnaround; provide visitors with waivers and confirm signatures ahead of visit * Additional administrative duties include but are not limited to; maintaining office supplies and replenishing floor plans * Address and direct leasing-related questions Additional responsibilities may include: * Show available apartments to prospective customers * Provide a full overview of Jackson Park and all amenities and Club * Provide pricing and floor plans * Send follow up emails to potential customers after tours with appropriate Leasing agent in copy * Assist with measurement tours What we look for: * Minimum 2-3 years in a similar administrative role * Bachelor's Degree is preferred * New York State Real Estate license is preferred * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Passion for working with people and leading with a hospitality mindset * Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent * Ability to travel between floors and throughout building * Ability to speak Mandarin advantageous * Preferred skill with video editing The base compensation range for this role is $52,000 - $56,000.

This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.

This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role.

The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
