We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities: * Draft correspondences and other formal documents * Plan and schedule appointments and events * Greet and assist onsite guests * Answer & Dispatch inbound telephone calls * Develop and implement organized filing systems * Perform all other office tasks * Gather all required information from clients and input information into our restoration management software * Data entry into Quickbooks for job costs * Assist with billing, invoicing and collections * Utilize E Document software to send/receive job forms Qualifications: * Previous experience in office administration or other related fields * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Computer Savvy Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
