Overview:

Our client is seeking midlevel, hands-on-keyboard Software Development Engineers. The successful candidates should arrive with the acumen to make independent implementation decisions while taking guidance on adjustments to their code to remain consistent with the existing code base.

What you will be doing:

You should be able to develop both tests and application code in the client’s environment.

You should be able to develop application code that manages requests securely while being observable.

Java/Spring

AWS (ECS/EKS/EC2/Lambda/S3/RDS)

Cloudbees/Jenkins

Secondary Technologies:

Python

Ruby/Rails

.Net

What you must have:

U.S Citizenship

College Degree

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience but 5-7+ years of experience for the position is preferred

Demonstrated experience in delivering in complex, multi-workstream architectures as part of an Agile delivery team

Demonstrated experience in writing front end applications targeting modern web platforms, e.g. React AND/OR APIs and back-end services built using emerging frameworks and architectural patterns, e.g microservices, Node, Typescript, Java

Demonstrated experience in delivering using application services provided by AWS, using modern ecosystems and automated build and deployment pipelines.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing implementation plans in alignment with features and functionality designed to delight users
