Junior Accountant

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least one year of relevant experience or strong internship experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

1+ year of experience in accounting or strong internship experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
