Key Accountabilities:
Manage all Stakeholders accountability by actively pacing the actual progress project-results against plan
Conduct project reviews and prepare progress reports to keep internal stakeholders informed
Continuously identifies/tracks/manages commercial risks and opportunities together with the project-team
Participate and minute all project meetings and track through them continuously
Track project cost regularly to meet budget
Supports development of and management of a rolling financial forecast for project-system-business
Validate cost set up for tender submissions
Compute related financial KPI analysis for tender submissions
Must be flexible and able to manage tight deadlines
Experience in working in high paced, global, matrixed industrial organizations
Extensive and proven ability to work in various functions of Finance, Accounting and Business Strategy.
Excellent knowledge of project management, financial systems
Experience in working with global project-teams
Knowledge of power solution industry is an added advantage
Qualifications and Skills:
Min in Diploma in Business/ Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Financial equivalent professional certification fields
At least 3 years of working experience in project controlling
Proficient in in SAP, MS Office and BI tools
Fluent English
Understand Asian cultural differences and business practices and can resolve conflicts effectively
Able to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously. An extremely resourceful person.
Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible to travel on business requirements
