Project Manager Assistant (JSET)

JSET Automated Technologies is an innovative and fast-based company specializing in Building Management Systems. We have grown tremendously and now we're looking for the right individuals to take it to the next level. JSET specializes in low voltage controls, more specifically installing and commissioning BMS and EPMS systems on data centers in the Columbus area. The knowledge and experience gained through this position will directly apply to future career opportunities. You will have the ability to assist and learn from experienced Project Managers.

What you will do…

• Review plans and specifications associated with the assigned projects

• Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination

• Tracking the status of our vendors, general contractors, and employees

• Perform document control such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc

• Quality controls and quality assurance checks

• Assist the team with project estimating and tracking

• Perform progress reports with weekly pictures

• Overall project documentation organization

What you will need to succeed…

• Must be safety conscious

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook applications

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills

Minimum Qualifications…

• No previous experience needed

• Must be 18+ years of age by the time of hire

• Preferably working towards an industry relevant degree (E.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management…)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License
