About the Job:

At Nivagen as an Inside Sales Representative, you will responsible for creating opportunities and acquiring new accounts by contacting clinic leads who have the authority to prescribe catalog products. The Inside Sales Representative identifies, qualifies, contacts, and closes accounts located in territories nationwide. This role uses their proficiency for communication to establish strong relationships with key clinical decision makers. The Representative carries out planned campaigns designed to provide important information to existing accounts and potential accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will have detailed knowledge of facility processes, products, and company protocols along with being responsible for accurately communicating this information to clinics. The Inside Sales Representative is an expert in product knowledge and a proficient communicator, helping the company optimize customer relationships, while increasing account revenue potential.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a minimum number of outgoing contacts and a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications

Executes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted

Meets all performance expectations and sales goals

Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with prospective and current healthcare providers in assigned territories

Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information

Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices

Initiates contact with inactive accounts to reinitiate ordering

Implements planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests

Responsible for researching and identifying new leads to enter in the CRM

Possesses detailed product and compounding knowledge

Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Converts opportunities into active accounts by presenting detailed information

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)

At least 1 years’ experience of inside sales in healthcare-related customer service, sales, or customer retention role in a call center or customer service environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Accurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to search, locate, and identify target clinic leads

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Sensitivity to confidential documents and information

Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of accuracy

Accurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminology

Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers via phone and email

Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies

High intellectual curiosity, Analytical and quantitative skills

High integrity, able to maintain above average attendance and punctuality

Customer-centric

Able to learn detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical products and specific clinical treatments

Aptitude for online research

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Legally authorized to be employed in the United States (S. citizens or national, permanent residents)

Benefits:

Fulltime, Remote. (should live in the US (working time zone: Eastern and Central))

5/hour + Sales Commission.
