Job Description

LHH has partnered with a healthcare company in the Benbrook, TX area seeking a Senior Accountant. The role will be responsible month-end close and preparation of financial statements, including journal entries and account reconciliations. The role is contract to hire and paying between $33.65/hr. and $38.46/hr. Degree in Accounting is required.

The Senior Accountant will assist in the monthly close process and preparation of monthly financial statements including general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations. This position will also review and analyze cash flow reports and update complicated Excel worksheets regularly.

Education and Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

A minimum of 3 years experience is required

Solid accounting principles knowledge

Ability to uphold confidentiality

Computer experience preferred using Sage Intacct, Excel, Word, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides.

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet staffing needs.

Organized and good problem-solving skills

Fast-paced environment and ability to multitask

Pay Details: $33.65 to $38.46 per hour
