Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the Downey area, is seeking a talented Financial Analyst with superior Power BI skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Great Plains ERP is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models using Power BI to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.

Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Support the implementation and optimization of the Great Plains ERP system.

Participate in financial planning and analysis activities, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar position.

Superior skills in Power BI, with the ability to create advanced dashboards and visualizations.

Experience with Great Plains ERP is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Benefits:
