Marshall’s Master Cleaning Plus
Cleaning Lead Floater is a professional, overseeing and performing the key duties/schedules of cleaning personnel at 10 sites. He/She ensures the assigned duties are carried out, sites are properly staffed, and the workers/personnel have the required equipment to complete the assigned tasks.
He/she will discuss general cleaning procedures and/or methods with the staff/workers that are assigned to different areas/tasks; recommends and implements changes in procedures (cleaning methods) as required; checks to determine if facilities are cleaned correctly.
Responsible for submission of reports with regards to cleaning personnel, equipment, supplies and general expenses are to be carried out by the cleaning supervisor on a monthly basis. This is a working Lead to Supervisor position until the work capacity requires a full-time supervisor role.
Weekly Schedule:
· Sunday-Saturday with various hours to be determined 40 Hours per week (on call)
· Hourly pay rate $19 per hour (90-day increase)

Experience:
Commercial cleaning 2-3 years (required)
Previous supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of cleaning products and services
Ability to work with and around chemicals/dust
Must have the ability to work with other employees and to take directions from the Client /Manager
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors
· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
License/Certification:
· Driver’s License (required)
· Reliable transportation
· Clean driving record
· Must pass background and drug test
Work Location: Multiple sites
Essential Duties:
Maintain a working knowledge of cleaning methods directed by Marshall’s Master Cleaning Plus
· Strong knowledge of custodial practices, including proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
· Manage and oversee commercial cleaning operations for multiple sites
· Supervise and train cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards
· Maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment, ordering replacements as required
· Respond to customer inquiries/concerns in a professional and timely manner; report concerns to the Manager
Reallocate personnel as required to cover for absenteeism
Wear/use all safety equipment provided by the site
Complete all required paperwork and reporting pertaining to the site daily
Keep all equipment clean and otherwise well-maintained
Maintain clean and well-organized supply closets
Adhere to OSHA, State and City Regulations
