Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities and a strong sense of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Contacting clients to collect outstanding debts via phone, email, text and mail.

Negotiating payment plans and settlements with clients.

Updating and maintaining accurate records of all collections activities.

Resolving client inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborating with other departments to facilitate the collection process.

Meeting collection targets and deadlines set by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in collections or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
