Job Description

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop marketing materials. Create custom brochures and flyers to support the sales staff.

2. Create weekly and monthly product sales promotions.

3. Manage marketing programs to ensure related tasks are on time and on budget.

4. Analyze customer base, product trends, and marketing effectiveness against goals.

5. Build and maintain target customer lists with Constant Contacts and or CRM program, Sales Management Plus.

6. Develop and execute marketing programs for specific market segments. Marketing efforts may include social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising, webinars and customer-facing events with both internal teams and external agencies.

7. May assist in the preparation of technical and commercial presentations to customers.

8. Distribute and maintain showroom displays and signage to maximize sales and showroom appeal.

9. Send periodic customer satisfaction surveys.

10. Work with the IT department for electronic signage and interactive marketing.

11. May Develop and maintain the McCall Group website and social media tools.

12. Work with Purchasing and Pricing Department for stock quantities used in displays and other promotions.

13. Be knowledgeable on dealer programs offered by our partnered vendors.

14. Maintain archive of marketing and advertising materials.

15. Monitor competitive activity and market trends.

16. Help plan, coordinate, and participate in marketing events.

17. Maintain promotional materials inventory.

18. Maintain and update marketing calendar with events, projects and deadlines.

19. Familiarity with Adobe or similar programs to create original flyers or marketing.

Qualifications:

• Formal education or training on marketing concepts and implementation.

• 1 year of marketing experience. Preferred:

• 4 Year College degree in Marketing

• Experience in the marketing efforts of a business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry.Company Description
