CWI Technical Sales, with Headquarters in Morganville, New Jersey, is a manufacturer’s representative organization and distributor of products that are used in the fabrication, testing and inspection of semiconductor devices and electronics used in commercial and defense related industries. The company has been in successful for over 50 years because of its’ ability to add and adapt solutions to meet the needs of the market. CWI has maintained very strong relationships with its principals and customers, delivering and supporting the solutions we provide.

CWI is looking for a highly motivated, and self-driven individual to drive engagement. As a Technical Sales Representative for CWI covering the New England states (Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island) and Eastern Canada provinces (Ontario and Quebec), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and principals. You will work with multiple sales and application professionals who are passionate about technology and driven to succeed.

Product lines would include:

- automated optical inspection

- die bonding

- wire bonding

- plasma cleaning

- bond testing

- vacuum soldering and sintering

- pressure curing ovens

- laser trimming systems

- resistance welding and seam sealers

- acoustic microscopy (CSAM)

- rapid thermal processing systems

- plating systems

The individual would be trained on how each of the products operate, applications they are used in, and how best to promote and sell them to each prospective customer. If the product requires installation within the territory, either the salesperson can install it themselves, if properly trained, or support would be provided by CWI or the principal.

Handle day to day sales related duties such as account maintenance, new business development, and problem solving for the accounts within the region or related Markets

Identify, develop, and nurture emerging accounts and markets

Working with the Sales Management and Applications/Service Teams for support and guidance

Leverage initial product sales opportunity to promote complementary products represented

Build and strengthen customer relationships at all levels through regular direct activities with accounts and participation in industry events

Manage Sales pipeline for territory

Provide timely and accurate reporting of monthly sales opportunities

Present product solutions in person or via TEAMS/ZOOM etc.

Required Qualifications And Experience

3+ years’ semiconductor/microelectronics/electronics industry experience preferred but not required

Sales experience preferred but, not required

Able to simultaneously prioritize and manage multiple opportunities

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are required

Work location

· Ideally located in Massachusetts or New Hampshire

· Remote or work from home

· Travel - 50%
