Injection Molding Manager

Position: Lead Plastics Manager/ Processor

Primary Responsibilities: Take Lead Role in overall establishment of the Plastics Operations at FAITH TOOL & MFG, Head Injection Molding Processor, Operate Injection Mold Presses as needed, Authority over on floor initial part inspection- Quality Control, tool maintenance recommendations & tracking in high production.

Secondary Responsibilities (as needed): Materials Movement /Organization and General Maintenance, (Overall Plastics Area Organization) General cleaning/organizing of area as needed. Barrel Changes & Tool Maintenance as needed.

THIS POSITION -REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER

Experience in state of the art, electric injection molding machines- (ideal)

Ability to Set up and troubleshoot Press operations as well as end of arm tooling. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience
