We are seeking a passionate and motivated Wellness Ambassador/Manager to join our team. As a Wellness Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our organization's mission and values. This position offers exciting and rewarding opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, social media influencers, and fitness enthusiasts.

Experience working in sales, spa, health/wellness, or a customer service environment is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

We offer a Competitive Hourly Rate ($14-19/hr.) + Commission + Bonus + Free Infrared Sauna Membership + Paid

Training

Responsibilities:

You are an essential part of the studio leadership team, and you are passionate about driving membership sales, motivating a team, and creating an elevated client experience. You are a part of the Beem Light brand including product, community, operations, and people. You have strong customer service, communication, and business acumen skills as well as provide in-the-moment and ongoing feedback for your team.

You will be expected to drive sales numbers and membership growth. Some key functions will be Pop-Up events to increase brand awareness and residential door to door outreach to create interest and membership sign ups. Wellness Ambassadors will need to drive sales by organizing pre-sale and studio events, implementing community outreach programs, developing partnerships, and building a deep list of clients to achieve company-set KPIs for revenue and membership retention in the Plano Texas community. Wellness Ambassadors will also be given hot leads from paid for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media post that needs to be contacted promptly to close on the opportunity.

You work closely with the Sales Associates and Saunas Attendants daily in providing training for a high-level guest experience and driving to the business needs.

Operational Budgets and Efficiency: Properly manage operational budgets, ensure cost controls, and meet or exceed all membership targets while maintaining inventory, facilities, and cleanliness.

Experience:

- Previous experience in health coaching, personal training, or a related field is preferred

- Strong Sales and consultative closing background required.

- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A love for customer service and a genuine desire to help people achieve their health and wellness goals.

- Passionate leadership and management skills; Willing to have difficult conversations professionally.

Physical and Other Requirements:

· Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods.

· Must be able to stand for an extended period.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

· Must be able to demonstrate the saunas to members, which involves getting in and out

of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.

· Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.

· Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
