Summary

This is a part-time (average 20 hours per week) Executive Assistant position. This role will directly support the Founder and CEO, as well as provide additional administrative support services to SDKA and KPG businesses. This position requires a breadth of experience beyond traditional administrative services. A passion for real estate, the ability to be a self-starter, and strong communication and collaborations skills are essential.

Key Duties

This is a small office (~15 people) and requires the ideal candidate to be open to a variety of tasks and responsibilities. This position will report directly to the Founder and CEO, serving as his executive and personal assistant. The position will also provide support to the two key businesses, SDKA (appraisal) and KPG (brokerage). The position has the opportunity to grow and evolve as the organization grows.

Key duties include:

· Manage CEO’s schedule and personal financial accounts

· Oversee continuing education (CE)

· Serve as liaison to our external partners (e.g., CPA)

· Maintain website and manage social media accounts

· Draft and maintain marketing brochures

· Proofread appraisals and other documents

· Administrative support for additional CEO-facilitated faith-based ministry, Primemovers

· Manage multiple business financial accounts (check book management, Quick Books)

· Maintain office supplies

· File management and document scanning

· Building management coordination

· Serve as a back-up to the office manager

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

· 5+ years administrative experience

· Professional services (e.g., law, real estate, accounting, etc.) office experience strongly preferred

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Quick Books; bookkeeping experience a plus

· Strong typing/word processing skills (both speed and accuracy)

· Ability to create, draft and edit documents; able to make edits real-time; high attention to detail and command of language and grammar

· Digital media/marketing experience

· Registered Notary Public (or willing to secure)

· Experience with real estate, litigation support and financial documents a plus

Knowledge and Skills

· Real Estate license desirable (will also support you in attaining it)

· Accuracy and high attention to detail

· Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to proofread legal documents

· Project management skills

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage a variety of activities

· Ability to flex work approach to support different styles across the leadership team
