Step into the role of a Customer Service - Front Desk Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

This vital position involves coordinating appointments, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area at Kitsap Mental Health Services.

Primary Responsibilities: * Welcome clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive initial impression of Kitsap Mental Health Services and offering assistance as needed.

* Adhere to agency scheduling guidelines to efficiently maintain and organize appointments.

* Facilitate customer service by performing patient registration tasks, including appointment scheduling, updating client demographics, and managing client accounts.

* Update billing information, process payments and co-payments, and ensure accuracy in client records.

* Maintain and manage client records meticulously to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

* Keep the lobby entrance inviting and clean, promptly alerting housekeeping or maintenance when needed.

* Provide directions and assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they find their way around our premises with ease.

Minimum Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum two years of job-related experience) Preferred Qualifications: EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE: Coursework in medical/psychiatric terminology.
