Responsibilities
To analyze end to end operational and transaction process at branch, and create idea of transformation and improvement to become less manual and more seamless process that can lead to better customer experience, reducing employee pain point and cost saving
Brainstorming and work with related stake holders on translating the idea to feasible, reliable, and beneficial project
Ensure implementation of the project gives big positive impact to customer, employee and bank
To promote digital adoption in branch, engaging branch staff and ensure all staff are knowledgeable of DBS digital capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Minimum with 3 years of work experience
Well-known or familiar with process at branch
Communicate in English fluently
Good presentation skills
Innovative, high initiative and creative
Self driven and able to work under pressure
Good risk awareness
Able to handle project
Growth Minded and good analytical thinking
Experience in Process Improvement is an advantage
