We are looking for a motivated Outside Roofing Sales Representative to join our team! At Severe Storm Pro, your responsibility is to canvas and generate commercial and residential leads in assigned storm territories. This position is performance based with competitive commission. You must prove you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience in roofing sales is a must!

Responsibilities:

Run leads and Canvas door to door sales (Commercial & Residential Sales)

Inspect roofs / exterior to determine storm damage, documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes

Build / Maintain a relationship with new and existing customers

Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work

Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates and knowledge

Attend & participate in weekly sales meetings

Meet weekly sales quotaQualifications:

3+ sales experience required

Experience/knowledge in roofing and construction sales

Must be able to generate door to door sales, create your own pipeline

Must be able to climb and carry a ladder, and work on your feet

Ability to work in hot & cold climates

Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow and earn
