ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a complete, accurate and systematic set of records of business transactions in compliance with all company and GAAP accounting policies for assigned accountants and clients.

Manage accounting, assigned clients, & client's books

Provide monthly reporting and recommendations to enhance client’s financial performance

Conduct financial accounting audits

Comply with GAAP, company, and client policies

Assist with on-boarding of new clients

Responsible for forecasting and financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

Lives in the TEXAS

5+ years of Managing Accountants

5+ years of accounting experience

5+ years QuickBooks Desktop and Online (QuickBooks certification preferred)

Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices

Knowledge of financial reporting

Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft products, especially excel

Strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills

Strong problem solver

Highly motivated with strong analytical, computer and oral/written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize well

Detail-oriented; organized; self-starter
