DHL International Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to assist our customers of DHL Express with any queries they might have in a professional manner by means of calls, emails and chats. The purpose of a role is to facilitate and provide a DHL Express global customer service standard.
Main tasks and key responsibilities:
Respond efficiently and effectively to customer queries
Own and manage customer engagement and interaction
Communicate positively with all involved parties (both internal and external)
Follow agreed processes/procedures to raise and resolve customer queries

Good command of spoken and written English and Maltese
Ordinary Level Certification education or higher
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
Proficient PC skills, including MS applications
Previous experience will be considered as an asset
