The next step is AGM We are looking for a charismatic Manager who truly understands quality and puts guest experience first The Assistant General Manager Role: * Liaise closely with the operations to make sure business is coming in at the right price.

* Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

* Appraise team members performance and provide feedback and training to keep them upbeat and productive.

* Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.

* Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations * Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.

* Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions.
