PSK Infrapower Pvt. Ltd. is an RDSO-approved fabrication unit / Factory in Rohtak District (HR) that meets all technical requirements for rail and road Bridge fabrication.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at PSK Infrapower Private Limited in Kalanaur.

The Factory Manager will oversee:

The day-to-day administration of the manufacturing plant;

Manage a team of production supervisors and workers;

Ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively;

Legal/ Statutory Compliance;

Implementing and maintaining Labour compliance viz. The Factory Act, 1948; The Minimum Wages Act 1948; The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948; The Employees' Provident Funds and Misc. Provision (EPF AND MP) Act, 1952; etc.;

Liaisoning with PF, ESIC, Labour, Factory, Electricity etc.;

Monitoring inventory levels;

Managing the budget for the factory.

Qualifications

Production Planning and Production Management skills

Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations

Leadership and Personnel Management skills

Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Relations/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Experience in the PEB industry is a plus
