Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Five Rocks Private Limited in Chennai - Hercules Fitness Distributor. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing phone and email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office systems and procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Customer service experience and professional demeanor

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
