IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating Project plans, including defining Project scope, objectives and deliverables for Product Development initiatives

Collaborate with the Project team to develop Project schedules, timelines and resource allocation.

Support the Project team in coordinating Project activities, tracking tasks and monitoring Project progress.

Assist in maintaining effective communication among cross functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers and stakeholders

Helps organise and document project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes and action items

Support the flow of information and updates between project team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication

Assist in maintaining Project documentation, including Project plans, requirements, documents, user stories and technical specifications.

Help ensure that project documentation is organised, up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.

Support the project team in tracking and documenting changes to Project scope and requirements.

Assist in tracking Project progress against established timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to Project Schedules.

Help identify and communicate project risk, issues and dependencies to the project team and Stakeholders.

Support the preparation of regular status, reports and Project dashboard for Management and Stakeholders.

Assist in conducting Quality Reviews, User Acceptance Testing and bug tracking.

Assist in coordinating and scheduling Project team meetings, Scrum ceremonies and workshops.

Support the Project team in resource allocation, tracking team member availability and managing task assignments.

Foster collaboration and effective teamwork among cross functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information, Technology or a related field.

Minimum 1 year proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.

Basic knowledge of Project Management, Principles and Methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Eg - Scrum.

Excellent, organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in project management, tools and collaboration software.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast paced environment.
