Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at World On A Plate located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Assistant will perform daily tasks such as Food & Beverage, Handling complaints, Providing customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment & ensuring complete customer happiness. He or she will be reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager & will be trained to become team leader in the future.

Qualifications

Experience in food service

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of food and beverage industry

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments

Experience in a similar role is preferred

Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
