Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Job Responsibilities

Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels (Including, but not limited to: Meta, Google, Tiktok, Bing)

Analyse campaign performance to generate valuable insights for content and audience optimization

Ideate and maintain business reports for daily tracking and decision making

Manage storefronts for CRO and user experience (official website & partner channels)

Conduct market research to identify and action product opportunities across channels and markets

Work closely with affiliate, social media, and content team to ensure operational consistency and content quality

Qualifications

1-3 years of direct experience in managing performance marketing campaigns

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in excel, with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to deliver valuable results in a fast-paced & cross-functional team

Hands on experience with: Shopify, Social Media, MS Office, Google Analytics, Advertising platforms (Meta, Google etc)
