About the role

Netskope Product Managers use their passion for enterprise / cloud networking and security to bridge customer business requirements with key market trends, and deliver world-class products to market. You will work closely with customers and prospects to present our solutions and understand their requirements, and you will partner with engineering, marketing and the field to define the product roadmap, launch the product and develop an effective GTM plan.

We are looking for a talented Product Manager who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for the enterprises as they transition to the Netskope’s Security Cloud Platform. If you are self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to own, define, launch and help drive GTM in collaboration with marketing, we would like to speak with you. This position requires a good combination of security and networking knowledge that includes IPsec, GRE, Explicit Proxy etc.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope’s steering products.

Translating customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD

Developing, managing and communicating the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders

Taking ownership of working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables

Ensuring optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel

Developing compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams.

Creating financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions

Maintaining competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing

Staying on top of product updates from various partners / OS platforms and proactively shaping the product roadmap.

Traveling up to 50%

Required skills and experience

Must have 5 years of Product Management experience.

Must have 3+ years in the cloud network security or related markets

Expertise in areas such as Firewall, in depth- this includes grasp on use cases, deployments etc.

Deep knowledge of IPsec, GRE, SD-WAN, etc.

Should have demonstrated successful launch of features or products in past life, have made trade off decisions.

Should have exposure to financials to track growth of the product.

Over all network security knowledge is must.

Strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading and contributing to cross-functional teams

Experience working in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required

Education

BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or MBA strongly preferred
