Position: Senior Manager – Retail Operations

Location: Kuttanelur, Thrissur

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Industry: Bulding materials/ Construction/ pre-engineering buildings/ cement/ plywood/ water tank/ puff panel/ upvc windows/ glass/ tiles/ paints/ blinds/ sunroof

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of retail operations across multiple branches or locations

Developing and executing sales growth strategies, managing branch systems, ensuring efficient administration and operations.

Formulating sales development plans and implementing policies to drive performance and thereby increasing revenue & profits as per targeted plans

Lead promotional activities and initiatives to enhance the overall retail experience and profitability

Ensuring development of employees in retail sector.
