Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Kalliyath Group. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets in the assigned district. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a District Sales Manager or similar role in the building materials industry

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned district

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing outstanding customer service

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management

Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
