We are looking to add a Technical Account Manager to our Intrusion team that will be supporting our partners on all Qolsys & DSC products.

As a Technical Account Manager for Western Canada, you will be providing technical training and support on the latest security technology to ensure the safety of individuals & property. If you have experience in selling, installing, or servicing Security Equipment, along with technical training expertise, this role is perfect for you.

You will be developing and implementing a training plan that focuses on equipping our dealer partners with top-notch support. You will also devise strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue per site (RPS) in the assigned market. You will contribute to the creation of sales and technical training programs for both new and existing partners.

How you will do it

Create effective sales, technical training, and marketing strategies for the territory.

Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales and training methods.

Meet with customers to address their concerns and provide effective solutions.

Enhance RPS through comprehensive training and education initiatives.

Deliver presentations on our products and services to potential customers.

Participate in industry events, such as trade shows, to foster customer relationships.

Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, technical skills, and product attributes.

Monitor competition within the assigned region.

Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.

What we look for

Required

At least 5 years of experience in the electronic security industry.

Proven track record of consistently increasing sales and revenue.

Demonstrated technical expertise.

Ability to develop effective sales and training strategies.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time in BC, AB, SK, and MB.

Valid Driver's License
