Salary: 150-200 OMR per month

Location: Oman

Working Hours: 8 Hours + Overtime

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Engage with customers through various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail, face-to-face) to promote products and services.

Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing outcomes, and new business prospects.

Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.

Design and produce marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong understanding of current marketing techniques and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele and team members.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies and resolve issues.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for business promotion.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
