Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Estate Planning Attorney (Tax), you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

1. Advising clients on estate and tax planning, including the creation of complex trusts and irrevocable trusts.

2. Providing expert advice on tax law, asset protection, and trusts, ensuring that clients are fully informed and their assets are well-protected.

3. Drafting, reviewing, and updating estate plans, trust agreements, and other related documents.

4. Representing clients before tax authorities and in court proceedings as necessary.

5. Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax law and estate planning strategies to provide the best advice to our clients.

6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Estate Planning Attorney (Tax), candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admitted to practice law in the state.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and tax law, with a focus on complex trusts and irrevocable trusts.

4. Extensive knowledge of tax law, asset protection, and trusts.

5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

8. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.

9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

10. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
