Support the Business Unit marketing team in the end-to-end process of Veeva PromoMats, including materials (unbranded/branded) job creation, references/annotations, and submissions for medical and legal review.

Monitor, manage materials/digital calendar and alert the Business Unit marketing team on the

validity of materials (unbranded/branded) in Veeva PromoMats, and initiate renewal of materials upon requests from job owners.

Update Selected Safety Information (SSI) and Patient Medication Guide (for SG Oncology only) based on the latest product Prescribing Information.

Support and update promotional materials with the latest product Prescribing Information and Selected Safety Information (SSI).

Marketing materials inventory management:

- Monitor and maintain expiry dates of materials (unbranded/branded) in the system. Trigger the process to discard expired materials.

- Monitor and ensure materials (unbranded/branded) and Patient Medication Guide stocks are available and sufficient for use. Trigger process for replenishment if required.

- Manage the logistics and delivery of materials (unbranded/branded) when required.

Local and International regulatory agencies e.g., FDA new indications horizon scanning for identified molecules and provide update to the team on monthly basis.

Support minutes writing for key marketing meetings and dissemination of meeting minutes to the relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with Office Admin on purchase order (PO) and invoice documentation, and tracking of expenses for marketing-led activities and materials.

Support the organization and logistics arrangement of marketing events (internal and external) as required.

Support onsite execution of events, including external public awareness events as required.

Ensure all business activities and materials (unbranded/branded) comply with relevant SOPs including the SAPI, PhAMA code of conduct, legal hold and our company's ethical standards

Support the Business Unit marketing team to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Business Unit marketing team as they arise.

Communicate with managers to manage and delegate tasks to ensure timeline is met effectively.

Vet through and confirm approved materials (unbranded/branded) are full proof for distribution to external stakeholders.

Support in the communications with GMSA and legal stakeholders to streamline review processes, including making suggestions to the GMSA team to streamline future processes or new initiatives e.g., auto-claims linking.

Support the Business Unit in campaign meetings with external stakeholders to meet local and regional goals (provide feedback and support in social media materials, HCP and consumer marketing assets).

Host online public forum as required.

Communicate with sales team for key insights and recommendations for improvement in future marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Preferably Bachelor Degree in Science.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing support, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of strong office support/secretarial/administrative experience.

Preferably with event planning experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
