Our firm is transforming the world of entrepreneurs and private capital through a technology-powered, modern back-office platform servicing start-ups, private equity, venture capital, family offices, Funds and any other type of private firm that has investors.

Job description

Must have solid communication, analytical and management skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of acounting Requires at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Previous experience in escrow accounting, consolidations and a FinTech background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage finance operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Vendor Management, Expenses, Payroll, cash management and general finance support functions.

Managing the billing for multiple entities on a monthly basis

Development and Reporting key finance metrics

Managing and enforcing corporate financial control systems.

General reporting for both internal activities and external client activities.

Communication with clients and providing general support for clients.

Liaison with Operations, Sales, and Senior Management teams.

Requirements

Experience as a financial controller or financial operations manager.

3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Experience with corporate control systems.

Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

This is an in-office position in our Aventura, FL office.
