We are looking for a Channel Operations Support Executive to be accountable for ensuring strong Operations alignment with Drive and Develop Customers that will drive achievement of service level agreement (OSA, execution, market hygiene and coverage) agreed with National Sales Managers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Point person for aligning of results per Service Level Agreement per NSM and other relevant KPIs approved by Merchandising and Retail Operations Head.

Drives resolution and achievement of activities and plans to achieve service level agreement with National Customer Group.

Works with Sales Operations regional teams to ensure resources are utilized within set budget of the account / channel.

Drives the creation of DIAL standards per accounts and implementation of set standards per tier.

Develops and implements solutions to gaps on availability, activity execution, and bad goods in collaboration with Retail Operations Manager, Customer Managers, Supply Chain and Merchandising.

Develops productive business relationships with Customer head office and region personnel

ARE YOU A FIT?

At least 3 years in Customer Management/Operations and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.

Has had experience in Customer Engagement

Able to work cross-functionally with both internal & external teams

Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
