Job Description
Rate: $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay
Requirements
Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
Responsibilities
Walking the property grounds and common areas
Picking up trash and debris
Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sat and Sun 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
