Job Description
This is a Full Time position and candidate MUST be able to work any day of the week (including weekends + holidays) and varying hours from early morning to late evenings. Shift times are based around events scheduled in the hotel.
Garde Manger cook must have 1-2 years experience of high volume pantry production, a knowledge and proficiency of all cold food menu items, including but not limited to: salads, sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, sauces, & dressings, & be able to present an artful assembly of various platters such as fruits, cheese, crudités, etc.
