We are seeking a clean, detail oriented, caring person or team and living on site is necessary. This is a part-time commitment and hours are somewhat flexible. May require occasional after-hours emergency assistance. We offer compensation in the form of a rent credit.
What are some of the things I would do?
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain cleanliness of exterior common areas
Maintain cleanliness of grounds
Apartment turnover cleaning
Showing and leasing available apartments
Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
After-hours availability for minor maintenance emergencies such as lockouts, minor clogs and minor heat issues
On-site eyes and ears contact for reporting to Emergency Maintenance
(A separate, skilled maintenance on-call team is staffed 24/7)
Seasonal groundskeeping
Walk grounds, salt/sand slick areas in winter
Snow removal under 2” (snowbrush and other equipment available)
Other potential duties if skills/time allow
