Job Description
HIRING a Part-time HR Consultant for 15 hours a week supporting a small government organization in Richton Park. Supporting leadership with recruitment, benefits, labor laws, employee relations, training and job descriptions. Year long contract with benefits after 60 days. Pays up to $32/hr. Immediate interviews and start in May.
Job Duties:
Performance management, employee relations and HR audits
Experience and up to date on Labor Laws, terminations, workplace investigations
Training, coaching and evaluations as needed
Recruitment support: job descriptions, postings and hiring
Attend meetings as necessary
Job Requirements:
At least three years of overall HR experience working with different levels of employees
Understand recent employee labor laws, understand recruitment and offboarding
Experience with HR Audits and compliance
Able to work part-time hours in office
Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
Proficient in MS Office
