The Anthony L. Albano State Farm Agency is hiring an Insurance Account Representative for sales and servicing of both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance clients. This is a flexible Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm position, with no evenings or weekends and the ability for remote work in the future. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a laid-back, family-owned work environment and thrives in a salary + commission based role.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Requirements:
You will need to currently have or be willing to obtain your license when you are hired. We will cover the cost of all required classes and the licensing tests, as well as your salary during training.
Sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Insurance industry experience preferred.
