Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, counseling, and therapy sessions.

Arrange home visits to evaluate a client’s health, home environment, and family interaction.

Counsel clients going through crisis; often helping clients deal with loss, and illness.

Help clients manage challenges in their lives.

Create a plan to improve a client’s situation.

Research and provide information on community resources.

Conduct interviews and follow-ups with clients to ensure the plan for improvement is effective.

Maintain accurate reports and records.

Job Requirement:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida

Must have 2 years experience under license

Must have CPR certification
