Receptionist

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees, both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist is also a key role in administrative support across multiple Lexicon departments.

Responsibilities:

Greets team members and guests efficiently with friendliness and professionalism.

Signs for deliveries, notifies the recipients via email, and keeps a log of incoming deliveries.

Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Providing information to visitors and callers about the organization, its products, or services, and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources.

Monitoring and granting access to the premises.

Assisting with the coordination of meetings, conferences, or events by arranging facilities, catering, and equipment as required.

Supporting other departments or teams with special projects or tasks as needed

Requirements:

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Years of Experience:

Up to three (3) years of administrative experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant role preferred, but not required.
