FlixBus North America, Inc. is now looking for a motivated individual to strengthen our team in Texas as an Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Houston, Texas. Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Responsible for the quality performance of our operator portfolio in the Texas and Midwest region, building a strong and positive working relationship.

Liaison between our operators and internal teams, supporting in all operational and product matters

You independently create presentations based on existing quality performance indicators and form the interface to Business Development and Network Planning.

Actively drive projects in operations management and assume responsibility by coordinating internal teams from Business Development, Operations and Network Planning, among others.

Ensure that our operators adhere to our processes and standards

Provide support to ensure our operators follow local safety and ADA standards

Support our operators with obtaining our FlixUni content and track their ADA driver training compliance.

Be local to Houston, Texas areaYour Profile – Ready to hop on board

Professional experience in a responsible position in the bus/passenger transport industry a huge plus

Completed studies related to business, engineering, or comparably relevant training

Independent and goal-oriented

Willingness to travel within the Texas and Midwest region

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiasm, high commitment, and flexibility

Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
