$50,000+ includes base pay + commissionResponsibilities:
Manage and oversee customer and client experiences throughout the sales process
Establish and achieve weekly sales goals
Act as a guide to potential home buyers and sellers, engaging in daily phone calls, emails, and text messages
Demonstrate the ability to initiate and maintain conversations with new leads consistently
Develop rapport with clients promptly
Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
Quickly discern client needs and objectives
Work independently to ensure all targets are met
Exhibit exceptional communication and documentation skills
Cultivate strong relationships with clients
Approach each workday with enthusiasm and a desire to learn more
Qualifications:
No prior experience in real estate is necessary, sales experience is preferred
Required to obtain a real estate license at a mutually agreed-upon timeframe after being hired. Not required for initial employment
Must be a good culture fit for CrestPoint Real Estate. We are focused on a team-centered and collaborative atmosphere
Should be proficient in computer use and navigating the web
Possess an excellent phone presence
Be dependable - show up daily to the office. This is an in-office position
