At Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC), our staff are dedicated to addressing the impact of childhood traumatic events and other challenges. We are looking for exceptional people to help continue building our team.

CCTC is seeking a Program Director for our Therapeutic Nursery Program. The Program Director will lead the implementation and overall clinical and operational integrity of the Therapeutic Nursery. In close collaboration with CCTC leadership, this individual manages and supports the implementation of the clinical and operational structure of the program including treatment planning and delivery. This individual will oversee the quality of services offered in the program to ensure that the services are consistent with CCTC’s mission, vision and core values and practices including but not limited to continuous quality improvement in the implementation of trauma-informed care, and best practices in child-centered and family focused mental Health.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field and at least three (3) years experience providing direct clinical service to children and their families and at least (2) years experience effectively working as a supervisor/manager in the area of children’s mental health. The individual will have a working knowledge of best practices in children’s mental health, experience in implementing models of care within programs, effective supervisory/program management techniques as well as fiscal and budgetary management, and the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures including those CCTC serves, staff, other provider agencies, payers and regulatory agencies.
