Showpo are an Australian owned and social media led online fashion brand, we are seeking casual Customer Happiness Agents to join the team!

We are looking for Customer Happiness Officers who are customer obsessed and want to ork with one of Australia's leading women's fashion ecommerce businesses!

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction rate across all channels

Following up high risk orders with customers

Maintain multiple channels for customer communication: email, social media and website

Handle customer returns and ensure they are processed in timely manner

Continued development and improvement of customer service

Maintenance of google spreadsheets in conjunction with warehouse personnel to monitor service levels

Who are we looking for?

Previous customer service experience

Experience with Zendesk/email/chat support preferred
