POSITION DETAILS:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for building tools and frameworks for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to guide business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale solutions that transform data into meaningful reports and visualizations that drive actionable insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Automation and DevOps

and implement tools and processes for rapid prototyping and deploying data insight solutions across large datasets for diverse clients.

and uphold DevOps practices to promote a robust CI/CD environment.

Data Collection and Preparation

with multiple teams to identify necessary data sources, ensuring comprehensive data collection.

and maintain automated systems for data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.

Data Analysis

statistical techniques to perform complex analysis of large datasets, extracting actionable insights.

trends, patterns, and correlations within data that align with business goals.

exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights and opportunities.

Reporting and Visualization

intuitive dashboards, charts, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

the creation of recurring reports and streamline data visualization processes.

Data Quality and Integrity

monitor and validate data quality and accuracy through systematic audits and checks.

identify and resolve any data discrepancies or anomalies to maintain data integrity.

Collaboration

closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, managers, and data scientists, to gather requirements and deliver analytical support.

communicate analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.

propose enhancements to processes and methodologies to boost the efficiency and impact of data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven track record as a data engineer or in a similar analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and complex data environments.

Advanced skills in data analysis tools, including Python, Spark, and SQL.

Proficient in using data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.

Experience with Azure analytics tools, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and other cloud data services.

Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
