Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer/Roofer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical stamina for lifting and mounting solar panels, proficiency in using power tools for construction, and a solid background in electrical systems. Leadership skills are valued, as you may be required to manage work crews on larger projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble solar panels at the job site according to specifications

Safely mount solar panels on clients' roofs or designated locations

Configure wiring and inspect all electrical components to ensure proper installation

Install and connect batteries or other accessories as needed

Perform routine maintenance on all installed systems to ensure optimal performance

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate

Prior construction experience, with a focus on roofing or electrical systems

Excellent physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job

Proficiency in electricity and wiring procedures

Valid 309A Electrical License

Leadership skills and experience managing work crews are advantageous

PAY: $25-28 / HOUR
